All Souls, May 30, 2011

The first of three All Souls events will be occurring on May 30th. Two other large events are also being held and supported by DCS on the same date. Unfortunately this leaves the All Souls event short handed. At this time there are less than 15 members signed up. I sincerely hope that you will consider working this event. It may be a bit of work, but we have fun at the same time too. This is also an outstanding training, team works, and skill building event.

In order to run efficiently, this event requires 25 – 35 members. This allows members to take breaks, training, and work in pairs. Two shifts are available, 1) from 0730 to roughly 1330 hours, and 2) from 0730 to roughly 1030 hours. The second shift requires only a few members to remain. Many of the members can leave at the end of the first shift.

Again, I sincerely hope you will think of joining us for this event.
