There was a stiff breeze, and the air temperature was in the mid to high 40s,

the ocean was in the mid 50s. Lots of goose bumps to go around.

Reminder…DCS need not be a RACES organization in order for a RACES station to communicate with DCS in the event the War Powers Act is invoked because DCS is a civil defense organization. Going further, a RACES member need not be a member of DCS in the event the War Powers Act is invoked to communicate with DCS.
