Metrolink Holiday Toy Express

I have the pleasure to work (my ninth year) as part of the technical crew on

the 14 annual Metrolink Holiday Toy Express.  The advertisements say that we have 50,000 lights on the train but for the guys that install the lights

(like me) we know it’s more than that.  We lit the train for the first time

last night and it looks spectacular.

I have installed an APRS unit in the caboose so the train can be tracked

during our journeys the next three weekends.  If you would like to see our
