In preparation for our Semi Annual DCS Meeting on October 20, 2008 , if you have a member from your District that you would like to nominate as your District Member of the Year, please submit their name and along with complete information as to why you are making the nomination. This is also the time to nominate a City Radio Officer ( CRO ) of the Year. You do not have to submit a nomination from your District for either District Member or City Radio Officer of the year if you feel so inclined. All nominations and complete information shall be submitted to me no later than Monday, September 15, 2008 at the Staff/ DCO / CRO potluck/meeting. If you wish, you can email your nomination to me at: Staff1@lacdcs.com. This is your opportunity to honor someone from your district who has distinguished themselves for the good of your District and DCS as a whole. Remember, these are nominations only and will be discussed by the Executive Staff for approvals. Thanks for your assistance.

Please remember to contact Diana Bingham, Staff 5, or Debby Miles, Staff 11 regarding the Sept. 15th DCO/CRO meeting/potluck. We need to know what item(s) you plan on bringing and how many plan to attend. Without this information we are not able to properly plan and purchase all that we need. We do not want to run short on anything because we do not have a proper head count. Please let us know as soon as possible.
